Following the new government announcements, we wanted to provide an update on the current state of affairs within the MysteryBoxShop company.
We frequently experience supplier delays due to the slowness of the postal services which have had their staffing and delivery rates reduced (only four trips per week) in order to protect each other.
All recently processed orders will be delayed for a few days.
All shipments will now be dispatched every week, on the same day (Tuesday), which will facilitate the fluidity of the delivery services concerned, until further notice.
In order to protect our customers as well as our employees, our premises are constantly disinfected, staff wear gloves and masks and are asked to wash their hands as soon as necessary.
We are implementing all the measures dictated by the government and we assure you that we are processing orders with the same rigor as usual so that your experience with us remains unchanged.
